Att h\u00e5lla fast vid noggrannhet i hantverket kommer alltid vara grunden till en efterfr\u00e5gad charkprodukt. Det var Helmut Walch noga med \u00e4ven efter flytten till en egen fabrik som kr\u00e4vdes f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta efterfr\u00e5gan.
\nDet var ocks\u00e5 h\u00e4r i fabriken i V\u00e4stra Fr\u00f6lunda som charkkungen Helmut Walch och arvprinsen Heiko Poths v\u00e4gar skulle m\u00f6tas.<\/p>\n
Den gemensamma n\u00e4mnaren f\u00f6rutom det var f\u00f6rankringen i den tysk-\u00f6sterrikiska traditionen. Stoltheten i en perfekt kryddad korv eller noggrann\u00adheten och tillfredsst\u00e4llelsen av en oklanderligt styckad detalj.
\nFram till idag, trots ytterligare en flytt till en st\u00f6rre fabrik, har inte mycket \u00e4ndrats i beredningen. Putsning och styckning g\u00f6rs f\u00f6r hand med tysk precision och hantverksm\u00e4ssighet. K\u00f6ttbullarna trillas fortfarande f\u00f6r hand. I r\u00f6ken anv\u00e4nds den sydtyska bokveden, precis som alltid.<\/p>\n
Det som skiljer d\u00e5 fr\u00e5n nu \u00e4r att Heiko sj\u00e4lv tar vidare det som Helmut en g\u00e5ng startade, och \u00e4r inte fr\u00e4mmande att hitta nya v\u00e4gar och intressanta produkter.<\/p>\n
Grillkorvarna finns representerade i ett ansenligt antal butikshyllor runtom i landet. Ett bra samarbete med lokal producenter av fl\u00e4sk, n\u00f6t, lamm och f\u00e5gel har lett till \u00e4nnu fler produkter, kategorier och tillbeh\u00f6r. S\u00e5dant som g\u00f6r sig bra i butiken och p\u00e5 tallriken, s\u00e5klart.<\/p>\n
Men det slutar givetvis inte h\u00e4r. Varje dag hos Heiko Poth och hans med\u00adarbetare inneb\u00e4r b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 n\u00e5got nytt.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
